This website is operated by Schlueter Creations. Throughout the site, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Schlueter Creations. By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Products and Orders
Our apparel is made to order. Product colors, placement, and sizing may vary slightly from photographs or digital mockups. Screen settings may also affect how colors appear.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Pricing and Payment
Prices may change without notice. The price shown at checkout applies at the time of purchase. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, customization fees, and size upcharges will be displayed during checkout when required.
Payment must be received in full before materials are ordered or production begins.
Customization
Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, numbers, spelling, sizes, colors, and other personalization before submitting an order. Schlueter Creations is not responsible for errors entered or approved by the customer.
By submitting a logo, design, photograph, phrase, or other material, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it. You agree that Schlueter Creations is not responsible for claims resulting from materials you provide.
Production and Fulfillment
Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of inventory shortages, supplier delays, shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Fundraiser and organization-store orders may be produced or distributed together after the store closes. Any estimated completion or pickup date may change if circumstances require it.
Returns and Refunds
All purchases are subject to our posted Return and Refund Policy. Because our products are made to order, personalized, or produced for a specific organization, most sales are final.
Care Instructions
Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with their apparel. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, bleaching, or general wear and tear.
Website Use
You may not use this website or its content for unlawful purposes, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or reproduce our original photographs, designs, wording, or other content without permission.
Third-Party Services
Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment processors, applications, or links. Your use of those services may also be governed by the third party’s own terms and policies.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Schlueter Creations is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or our products.
