Return & Refund Policy

All Schlueter Creations products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, or selections made at checkout.

Please carefully review all sizing, colors, personalization, and order details before completing your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Personalized items, custom orders, fundraiser merchandise, and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Orders may be canceled only if production has not started and materials or prints have not been ordered. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
